This notice describes information the current Jihaz.ai application handles.

Account

Sign-in uses Cognito. The application handles account identity and profile information you provide.

Store profiles include contact details the store publishes. Product and catalog information is stored so shoppers can browse it.

Custom request text, private photos you upload with a request, and offers from stores are stored for that request.

If an order was created, the application can keep and show that order record. This pilot does not start new in-app payments.

Application hosting may keep technical logs needed to operate the service.

Authentication, database hosting, file storage and media delivery, and application hosting may be provided by infrastructure services.

There is no in-app way to delete an account or stored data. For privacy or data questions, use the support contact.

A public support email is not configured in this environment.
